Enter your Last Name, E-mail Address, ZIP Code, and the last 4 digits of your credit card on record. If you have a challenge question on file, you will later be prompted to answer that as well. Your User Name will be sent to your e-mail address.
You should receive your User Name at your e-mail address of record within 24-48 hours after placing your request. If you do not receive your User Name in a timely manner, please call Customer Service at 1-800-USA-MINT (872-6468).[If you are calling from outside the United States, please contact Customer Service at 001-202-898-MINT (6468).] We will be happy to provide you with assistance.
If you are experiencing difficulty with your User Name, please copy it directly from the e-mail into the User Name Sign In panel. ( Copying and pasting the User Name eliminates the possibility of it being misinterpreted or miskeyed.)
