- click on download program above
- right click on the file of your choice
- select "Copy to Folder"
- after the file downloads, (107 MB)
browse to the file on your computer
- double click the file
to launch Real Player
- view the webcast.
To use a third-party FTP client use the following settings:
- Hostname/Address:video.cdc.gov
- Remote Starting Directory: /NCID/ReinforcingBiosafetyLevel3Procedures06-17-2004/real/
- Login/username: PHTNPublic
- There is no password.

Test your player
If you can see and hear the stream, your player is configured correctly!
You are ready to view a CDC, PHTN webcast.
If you are experiencing any problems in seeing or hearing the
stream, go to Step 3. |
Step 3:

If you cannot view the webcast, your computer may not meet the
minimum system requirements to run your Real Media Player version.
Please click on the following link to check the system requirements
for your Real Media Player version:

If you meet the minimum system requirements, continue to Step 4. |

If you still cannot view the webcast, there may be problems with your network.
Please contact your systems administrator and work through the following
questions:
- Do
you have a security device such as a firewall or proxy? Either
of these may prevent you from viewing streaming video or audio
content. Only your local systems administrator can make changes
to these devices.
- Are
you using a personal firewall or DSL/Broadband router? If so,
you may also have problems viewing streaming content. If you
experience connection problems and are using either of these,
you should disable them or remove them for the duration of the
webcast.
