BISMARCK, N.D. -- The following is a disaster recovery update of the assistance being provided to North Dakota residents in the 42 declared counties and four Indian Reservations.

The deadline for filing an application with North Dakota Job Service for DUA closed July 21, for individuals in the 34 counties and on the three Indian reservations initially designated as disaster areas. Individuals in Burke, Divide, Sioux, and Williams counties and on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation (the portion in North Dakota) may continue to apply for DUA until August 11; while individuals in Cavalier, Eddy, Morton and Mercer counties have until August 13 to file.
