Long Term Care Ombudsman Annual Report: FY 1995

Tables from FY1995 Long-Term Care Ombudsman Report For FY 1995, States had the option of reporting against all or only a few elements in the new National Ombudsman Reporting System. Twenty-nine states provided most of the NORS data; 23 states provided only the limited data required.

Due to their complexity, these tables are not in html format but may be downloaded in Microsoft Excel format or in the more general Lotus *.wk1 format (readible by almost every spreadsheet program). Some browsers may require a shift+click to initiate a save to disk procedure.
