The NCPTT Heritage Education Program is developing a Digital Traveling Trunk for teachers to use in the classroom setting and on field trips. The Digital Traveling Trunk consists of a classroom set of handheld computers, two digital cameras, charging base for handheld computers, voice recorder with microphone and traveling cases. Once lesson plans are uploaded, the Digital Traveling Trunk will be available for check-out by teachers to implement Heritage Education lessons into K-12 learning environments.
