While in Natchitoches, lodging can be found at either major hotels or one of several dozen Bed and Breakfasts in the downtown area. Most of the major hotels are located beside the interstate. NCPTT is about 0.5 miles from the heart of downtown, so all of the B&Bs offer easy access. Lodging and other information can be accessed from one of several primary websites:

Additionally, there are two on-campus housing facilities called University Columns at (318) 352-7991 and University Place at (318) 214-5400 that will probably offer discount rates if you tell them that you are with NCPTT and are here for summer training.

Another nearby apartment complex, Frog Pond, at (318) 357-1300 may be willing to offer temporary housing.

Alternately, David Morgan is consulting with NSU Housing to negotiate discount housing in the dorms (approximately $20/night), which would be spartan but inexpensive, and anticipates that NSU will allow access to the dorms.
