Older consumers and their families will find information that will enable them to take more responsibility for monitoring and understanding their care and Medicare bills, as well as tips for protecting themselves from a small number of unscrupulous individuals who seek to use their number to fraudulently bill Medicare or Medicaid. Health care professionals and service providers will find information that will help them to better serve older consumers. By working together in communities throughout the country, consumers, health care providers, AoA’s grantees, and government agencies are improving the accuracy of health care paperwork and partnering to provide high quality care to older Americans throughout the country.
