Scoping meeting documents and materials—August and September 2006
Western hosted a series of 10 public scoping meetings on the Eastern Plains Transmission Project in August and September 2006. Meetings were held Aug. 28 in Brush; Aug. 29 in Wray; Aug. 30 in Limon; Aug. 31 in Aurora; Sept. 5 in Fountain; Sept. 6 in Pueblo and Sept. 11 in Burlington, Colo.; and Sept. 12 in Sharon Springs, Kan.; Sept. 13 in Lamar, Colo. and Sept. 14 in Lakin, Kan.
These materials were available at the February public meetings, either as handouts or as display boards.
