SECTION 106 ARCHAEOLOGY GUIDANCE
This guidance is designed to assist federal agencies and stakeholders in making effective management decisions about archaeological resources when working with the review process established to implement Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The Questions and Answers in this guidance address real issues encountered in Section 106 review.
