Overview

EES Division's Environmental Geology and Spatial Analysis group focuses on the application of geologic and environmental sciences to the interactions between society and the physical environment. The group includes the Geographical Information Systems Laboratory (GISLab), with extensive expertise in scientific applications of GIS. The group's technical and decision support capabilities are often applied within the context of policy decisions.
