Grantee Reporting Requirements

Discretionary Grants - Semi-annual and Final Performance Reporting

Recipients of Older Americans Act Title II and IV discretionary grants are required to provide AoA with semi-annual and final performance reports, as provided for in Department of Health and Human Services regulations, 45CFR Part 74, Section 74.51. Recipients of Alzheimer’s Disease Demonstration Grants to States (ADDGS) grants are required to provide AoA with semi-annual and final performance reports, as provided for in Department of Health and Human Services regulations, 45 CFR Part 92, Section 92.40.
