Discretionary Grants - How to Submit a NEW Application

AoA has two types of new grants: Competitive
and Non-Competitive. (Non-Competitive grants
are awards that are mandated by Congress.)
Application Instructions for New Competitive Grants
are included in Program Announcements, which are posted on this
web site. These Program Announcements detail the kinds of projects
being funded, target populations to be served and other requirements.

- OMB SF-424A, Budget Information - Nonconstruction Programs
- OMB SF-424B, Assurances - Nonconstruction Programs
- Certifications Regarding Debarment, Suspension And Other
Responsibility Matters; Drug-Free Workplace Requirements and
Lobbying.
A Notice of Financial Assistance Awarded will be sent to applicants
whose projects have been approved for support by the AoA.
