Q. Are the uncut sheets of currency notes real money?
A. Yes. The notes are genuine legal currency printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (Bureau).

Q. Does the Bureau appraise currency?
A. The Bureau does not render opinions concerning the numismatic value of old or rare currency. For advice on having currency authenticated, appraised, or to find out the value of old misprinted or rare currency, it is suggested that you contact a number of private collectors or dealers who are usually listed in the classified section of the telephone directory under the headings of "Coins" and "Hobbies."

Q. How can I add my name to the Bureau's mailing list?
A. To add your name to the Bureau's mailing list, please email storeinfo@bep.treas.gov or call our Mail Order Sales Department at 1-800-456-3408 or send a note to:

    Bureau of Engraving and Printing
    Mail Order Sales, Room 515M
    14th & C Streets, SW
    Washington, DC 20228

Q. Can I purchase coins from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing?
A. Coins are produced by the United States Mint. For inquiries concerning coins, please contact the U. S. Mint online at: http://www.usmint.gov

Q. Will the Bureau buy back my old uncut sheets of currency?
A. The Bureau does not buy back uncut sheets of currency. Numismatic items (coins and currency) may be resold in the secondary market. You may wish to contact a local numismatic dealer if you are interested in selling your uncut sheets of currency.

Q. How can I exchange my damaged order?
A. If your order is not received in satisfactory condition, please call the Bureau's Customer Service Representative on 1-800-456-3408 or email Edward Salas for instructions on returning your damaged product for replacement.
