Important Change to FY08 FMSI Submission

Please be advised that OMB is in process of streamlining FMSI and the underlying reporting requirements. Agencies will not be required to input data until the next reporting cycle, which will be no earlier than October 2009. The FMSI system allows federal agencies to update their inventory of Financial Management Systems throughout the year. This information is related to the Exhibit 53 budget process and available to the Office of Management and Budget for review.

All Agencies provide, verify and complete data via the Internet.
Public access is provided to learn about the process and to track agency activity.
XML is used in this system.
This system supports customers with IE, Netscape and Firefox browsers.
