26th Annual Airports Conference

FAA Central Region
September 22nd and 23rd, 2009


Conference Objectives

A forum for aviation interests within the four-state Central Region (Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri) to discuss topics and concerns related to airports and aviation. This conference provides an excellent opportunity to expand knowledge of aviation issues, foster information exchange and establish networking relationships. Issues to be addressed include safety, standards, planning, engineering, funding and construction.

As in past years, conference will start with a luncheon followed by a series of informative workshop sessions. Full registration entitles the attendee to all sessions, breaks, two lunches, exhibit hall access, and a social reception.

Who Should Attend

Airport industry professionals including airport owners, operators, board members, local government officials, State Aeronautical staffs, planners, engineers, consultants, operations personnel, airport users, and students in the fields of aviation. Certificates of attendance will be made available to all registered attendees.

Location

The 2009 conference location will be at the Westin-Crown Center, Kansas City, Missouri.

 

Golf Anyone?

Continuing a past tradition, a golf outing is planned for the day prior to conference. Those wishing to participate in this optional activity should contact Scott Tener at (816) 329-2639 for registration information.
