This addendum to Publication 78 provides a listing of organizations to which contributions are tax deductible, but whose names were unable to be included in the latest online version of Publication 78.Suspensions Pursuant to Code Section 501(p)
Section 501(p) of the Internal Revenue Code disallows a deduction for any contribution to an organization during a period in which its tax exemption is suspended. See Suspensions Pursuant to Code Section 501(p) for a list of organizations designated as terrorist organizations, contributions to which are disallowed.
