$2.5 MILLION MORE REASONS TO PLAY PICK 6 LOTTO
Lotto Jackpot Rolls to $2.5 Million for January 8 th Drawing
TRENTON, NJ – (January 6, 2009) – Without a winner for last night's drawing, the jackpot for the New Jersey Lottery's Pick 6 Lotto game has rolled to $2.5 million. The next drawing will be held on Thursday, January 8.
Acting Executive Director William T. Jourdain announced that none of the 731 ,609 tickets sold for the Monday, January 5 drawing matched all six numbers drawn. The winning numbers were 05, 26, 30, 31, 35 and 39.
While there was no top prizewinner, Jourdain reported that 13 players each won $2,813 in cash prizes in the drawing for correctly picking five numbers. Another 545 players won cash prizes of $73 each for correctly matching four numbers and 11,852 players won $3.00 each for correctly matching three numbers.
