Description: The United States Congressional Serial Set contains all the Reports, Documents, and Journals of the US Senate and House of Representatives from the 15th Congress to the 87th Congress, 2nd session, 1817 - 1962 (Serial Set Volumes 1 - 12427). The database, when completed, will constitute a rich collection of full text primary source material on all aspects of American History, covering from the 15th through the 96th Congresses (1817–1980) and consisting of approximately 13,800 volumes with over 12 million pages.
