Public Comment Period*. The proposed Kansas Energy Development Act regulations have been approved by the Secretary of Administration and the Attorney General. Prior to the adoption of this regulation by the Secretary of Commerce, a public hearing will be held on June 24, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at the Kansas Department of Commerce, Main Conference Room, 1000 S.W. Jackson Street, Suite 100, Topeka, Kansas. The public hearing is to explain details of the proposed regulations to all attendees, and to receive oral and written comment from all interested parties. The public is invited to send written comments concerning the Proposed Regulation prior to the public hearing to the Kansas Department of Commerce via this site. All public comments submitted during this period will be made part of the regulation's written records.
