CRAF serves as a central processing unit for all adult males sentenced to the Department of Corrections. The facility is responsible for providing intake examinations as well as medical, dental, educational and psychological evaluations before objectively classifying all state sentenced inmates. The Jones Farm Minimum Security Unit is a satellite work camp of CRAF, housing inmates serving nonviolent, short-term sentences.
