Aging and Disability Resource Centers
The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Grant Program, a cooperative effort of the Administration on Aging (AoA) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), was developed to assist states in their efforts to create a single, coordinated system of information and access for all persons seeking long term support to minimize confusion, enhance individual choice, and support informed decision-making.
Since 2003 43 states have received ADRC grants. Click on the link below to view a map that shows the states receiving ADRC awards in 2003, 2004 and 2005 as well as summaries of each state’s proposed project.
The ADRC Technical Assistance Exchange (TAE) supports Aging and Disability Resource Center program grantees. The ADRC TAE provides technical assistance through one-on-one support, semi-annual ADRC national meetings, weekly newsletters, monthly webcasts, and a variety of other ways.
