Corporate Applications:
Searching the Weekly Bulletin

The Weekly Bulletin is a record of the actions that the Comptroller of the Currency takes on all applications involving national banks, nationwide, for new banks, branches, mergers, conversions, changes in bank control, fiduciary powers, domestic subsidiaries, relocations of main offices and branches, federal branches & agencies, terminations and information on notices such as changes in corporate titles and branch closings. Copies of the nonconfidential portions of the applications are available through the Communications Division , Comptroller of the Currency, (202) 874-4700.

Many users have expressed an interest in receiving information for a single state and application type. This sort function prepares such specialized lists based on individual issues of the Weekly Bulletin.


Weekly Bulletin Sort

From the choices below you must select: The ending date of the Weekly Bulletin you want to search (NOTE: You may search only one week at a time). AND
All new national banks in the United States OR
An application type (or all application types) AND a State.

WARNING: For some states the selection of all application types may result in a very large response. For some browsers and configurations, this may cause problems.

HINTS: Be sure to click on the Submit Query button after you make your selections. If you do not find information you seek, you may want to search the prior and next issues. Remember, not all states will show applications of all application types in a given week.

Select the reporting period week-ending date (YYMMDD):

Select All New National Banks for the selected week
OR
Select one of the following application types :

New National Banks, includes state bank and thrift conversions.
Mergers, Consolidations, and Purchase and Assumptions, includes all types.
Address Change.
Changes in Corporate Title.
New Branches.
Relocations, incudes branch and main office relocations.
Subsidiaries.
Termination of National Bank Status.
Federal Branches and Agencies.
Changes in Bank Control.
Miscellaneous, includes all other filings, such as branch closings and request for fiduciary power.
All application types.
