What does an attorney do at OTS?


The OTS attorney is involved in interpreting, examining and resolving legal problems related to savings associations, their subsidiaries, or matters encountered by the regulator.  He/she performs research, interpretation, document and factual analysis, and prepares legal documents and legal opinions.  When appropriate, may be involved in litigation and enforcement actions.
