Oklahoma Tax Commission Can Assign Federal Employer Identification Numbers
Taxpayers needing a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) may be eligible to have one assigned today. In a joint IRS and Oklahoma Tax Commission project, the state can assign the FEIN. To be eligible, the taxpayer must apply at the Oklahoma Tax Commission office located in Oklahoma City and need the FEIN for a:
- Sole Proprietor with Employees
- Partnership
- Personal Services Corporation
- Corporation
- Household Employer
- Limited Liability Company
