HMDA

The federal financial regulatory agencies make available data on mortgage lending transactions at financial institutions covered by the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). The data relate to applications for loans, loan originations and purchases of loans.

The agencies release the data through the website of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, or FFIEC:
