The NIGC has issued interpretive rule, Environmental, Public Health and Safety Interpretive Rule, 67 Fed. Reg. 46109 (2002), to help ensure that gaming facilities are constructed, maintained and operated in a manner that adequately protects the environment, public health and safety. The EPHS Survey Program is a program that is managed at NIGC Headquarters. Questions regarding the EPHS Survey Program or requests for technical assistance should be directed to the EPHS Program Manager in Washington D.C. or by filling out the Technical Assistance Training Form."
