• For financial institutions with questions relating to Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act requirements and forms.

Financial Institutions Reporting Suspicious Transactions
Financial Institutions Toll-Free Hotline, (866) 556-3974 (7 days a week, 24 hours a day)

• For financial institutions wanting to report suspicious transactions that may relate to terrorist activity. The purpose of the hotline is to facilitate the advance notice of this information to law enforcement. Financial institutions should immediately report any imminent threat to local-area law enforcement officials.

• For media organizations only with questions and/or requests for information or interviews.

Office of Outreach and Workplace Solutions

• For an employee or applicant for employment who believes to have been the victim of unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, prior participation in the EEO process, sexual orientation, protected genetic information and parental status. If you believe you have been discriminated and want to file a complaint, you must contact the Office of Outreach & Workplace Solutions within 45 calendar days from when you first became aware of the alleged discrimination.

• For individuals and institutions wanting to report the receipt of letters, electronic mail, or other forms of correspondence from entities purporting to be or to represent the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.

The mission of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network is to safeguard the financial system from the abuses of financial crime, including terrorist financing, money laundering, and other illicit activity.
