The NIGC is required to comply with NEPA and make decisions in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations (40 C.F.R. Parts 1500-1508).  All NEPA compliance issues are handled at the NIGC headquarters office.  All questions or request for technical assistance regarding NEPA compliance or specific project(s), should be directed to:
