The National Indian Gaming Commission drafted proposed revisions to selected existing sections of the Minimum Internal Control Standards (Part 542), and drafted selected proposed Class II Minimum Internal Control Standards (Part 543).  The proposed revisions and proposed standards were presented to the MICS Advisory Committee and discussed at one or more of the meetings which were held July 19-21, October 7-9 and December 12-13, 2008.

The documents include amendments that reflect discussion that took place at the meetings.
