Home introduces visitors to the Diabetes Public Health Resource Web site by highlighting new programs, activities, publications, and products from CDC's Division of Diabetes Translation.

About the Program is an overview of CDC's Division of Diabetes Translation and describes its mission, major accomplishments, and activities. It also includes a list of all division manuscripts published in fiscal year 1999.

National Diabetes Education Program describes the joint initiative sponsored by CDC and the National Institutes of Health that involves public and private partners to improve the treatment and outcomes for people with diabetes, to promote early diagnosis, and ultimately to prevent the onset of diabetes.

Newsroom includes links to CDC position papers, Congressional testimony, press releases, and other public health information.

Publications & Products provides many useful, easily accessible online diabetes-related publications in both English and Spanish, as well as diabetes clip art.
