Government-Use License
The Government, and others acting on its behalf, have a paid-up, nonexclusive,
irrevocable, worldwide license to use copyrighted data and software
to reproduce, prepare derivative works, and perform and display publicly
by or on behalf of the Government.
Government agencies or contractors must sign and have countersigned
by the Laboratory an acknowledgment before software is released. These
acknowledgments can be obtained and completed by contacting a Licensing
Specialist at 505-665-9090.
