This track will include research and evaluation findings, theoretical developments, best practices and methods for using partnerships, health communication, marketing and media to reduce health disparities across racial, ethnic and socioeconomic groups. Topics addressing effectively providing information and interventions to “hard-to-reach” and “vulnerable” populations will be included.
