HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
WARNING: Causes skin irritation and moderate eye irritation. Do not get on skin, eyes or clothing. Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist. Wash with soap and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Avoid contamination of food and feedstuffs.
Environmental Hazards
This pesticide is highly toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water. Drift from treated areas may be hazardous to organisms in adjacent aquatic sites. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters.
Physical Or Chemical Hazards
Do not use or store near heat or open flame.

HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION
IMMEDIATE CONCERNS: Causes skin irritation and moderate eye irritation. Do not get on skin, eyes or clothing. Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist. Do not use near heat, open flame, or any ignition source. Keep out of reach of children.
ACUTE HEALTH EFFECTS
EYES: This product is moderately irritating to the eyes. Eye contact may result in discomfort, tearing, swelling redness, and blurred vision.
SKIN: This product causes skin irritation. This product is harmful if absorbed through the skin
INGESTION: Can cause stomach irritation resulting in nausea, cramps and vomiting. Can cause nervous system disorders such as fatigue, dizziness, headaches and lack of coordination. The degree of effects will depend on the amount of material ingested.
INHALATION: Excessive inhalation can cause nasal and respiratory irritation, nausea, and nervous system disorders such as fatigue, dizziness, headaches, lack of coordination, tremors, and unconsciousness.

EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eyes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
SKIN: Remove contaminated clothing and wash with soap and water immediately. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult or if any discomfort persists, obtain medical attention.
INGESTION: If swallowed, call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: This product contains a significant amount of petroleum distillate, therefore ingestion of this product or subsequent vomiting can result in aspiration which can cause chemical pneumonitis. This product contains Esfenvalerate, a cyano-pyrethroid that has the potential to cause temporary dermal paresthesis, e.g. burning, tingling, stinging sensations, that may occur following overexposure. However, using spray dilutions as indicated on the product label, it is unlikely that skin exposure to the spray mist will deliver sufficient concentrations of the active ingredient to trigger the dermal symptoms

STORAGE AND HANDLING: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid excess heat. Store in original containers only. Wash hands and other exposed skin surfaces prior to smoking or consuming food or beverages. Do not put concentrate or dilute material into food or drink containers. Do not contaminate other pesticides, fertilizers, water, food or feed by improper storage or disposal.

Open dumping or burning of this material is prohibited. An acceptable method of disposal is to burn in an incinerator in accordance with all local, state and federal environmental laws, rules, standards and regulations. Because acceptable methods of disposal may vary by location and because regulatory requirements may change, the appropriate regulatory agencies should be contacted prior to disposal. Steel containers which contained these materials must be crushed and disposed of in a sanitary landfill. Do not cut or weld steel containers.
