Floor Plan Access Request
To obtain access to the NIH Posted Space Information web site, please provide all information requested below. When you have filled in all blanks, click on the button titled "Submit Request". Your request will then be routed to your organization's Funds Approval Official (FAO) who must grant approval for CIT to assess your organization the annual site access fee (if you are unsure of who your FAO is, please check with your Administrative Officer). When your FAO has approved and forwarded your request to the ORS FIMS Administrator, you will be notified via e-mail and your access granted within five work days.
