(14) Barron, Bayfield, Buffalo, Burnett, Calumet, Crawford, Douglas, Grant, La Crosse, Outagamie, Pepin, Pierce, Rusk, St. Croix, Trempealeau, Vernon, Washburn and Winnebago for Individual Assistance and the Public Assistance Program.
