Driving Directions

Clinic is located at 2014 Lincolnway East (US 33).  Take US 33 south from downtown. Clinic is across from Menards and in the same parking lot as Lux’s Café and Dollar General Store on the south east side of Goshen . We are in the same building that used to house the old Big Lots Store, Near the Wal-Mart Super Center
