Current PAMA members receive a free Snap-On tool at the event!

·         The PAMA 2009 Aviation Maintenance & Management Symposium will focus on the training and networking needs of the industry’s aircraft maintenance managers and technicians. This two-day program in Fort Worth, Texas, gives attendees the opportunity to select up to 14 hours of IA Renewal training from a program that offers a total of more than 32 hours of IA approved courses.

·         Maintenance managers  in particular will benefit from programs in management, leadership, and delegation; departmental operations; budgeting, and customer service — in short, all the things a professional maintenance manager needs to know to be successful.

·         Aviation technicians with an eye on advancement should also attend Friday's management presentations.  In addition, a selection of more than 32 hours of IA renewal courses in three tracks will be offered throughout the two-day event, just in time for the March 31 deadline!

·         PAMA Olympics returns with a new, individual skills-improvement event.
