Currently,
ELC cooperative agreements are established in all 50 states. In
addition, funding is provided for ELC programs in six large
local health departments (New York City, Philadelphia, Washington,
D.C., Chicago, Houston, and Los Angeles), and one territory
(Puerto Rico).
