Welcome to the Chief Financial Officer's (CFO) Home Page for DOT.

The Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs and CFO, provides leadership, advice and guidance to the Secretary in the development, implementation, and administration of Department’s budget, financial management and performance management.

The Office also directs and coordinates all budget development and execution activity. The Office is also responsible for designing and implementing the financial systems required for accurate and timely financial reporting, and for establishing financial and accounting policy and programs for the Department.

On this newly revised site, we have gathered Departmental information on budget, performance, and financial management points of interest to the general public.
