Project Spotlight: Toni Stafford, Program Specialist, Enterprise Program

The Business Operations Transformation Team (BOTT) is a matrixed team of seven enterprise employees led by Toni Stafford. The team is tasked with communicating to Forest Service employees about the business operations centralization efforts of Human Capital Management, Budget & Finance, and the Chief Information Office.

During FY07, BOTT answered 78 questions sent to Ask Hank, published 9 issues of Change Matters, planned and hosted 2 National Change Management Workshops, trained and supported 30 Change Consultants,published 18 articles in FS Today, designed and launched MAP: My Administrative Processes, planned Change Through Exchange Day, added Surviving Change and Postcards from the Edge of Transformation to the Business Operations Transformation Web site, and partnered with the 3 centralized business organizations to create plain language At-a-Glance Service Level Agreements.
