National Weather Hydrology Laboratory

The Hydrologic Software Engineering Branch (HSEB), prepares implementation level requirements for and implements, tests, documents, controls, and maintains applications and database software to be used by field offices to conduct the hydrologic services program. HSEB establishes the processes used within the HL for software and database engineering and is responsible for quality assurance of software developed in the HL.
