The company mailed a recall letter to the U.S. Defense Supply Center on July 24, 2008. The letter instructed the Center to keep the affected units in quarantine. The U.S. Air Force is currently shipping the units back to the firm for repair. Healthcare professionals and patients may report any problems with the use of this product to the FDA's MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program either online, by regular mail or by FAX.
