Repair Options for the Battery Park Trunk Sewer Line, Richmond, Virginia (March 2007)
As required by the National Environmental Policy Act and its implementing regulations, FEMA prepared an Environmental Assessment and FONSI to consider the environmental impacts of a proposed Public Assistance project to repair the Battery Park Trunk Sewer Line, which was damaged during Tropical Depression Ernesto in 2006.
