Matte Property Temporary School Site in Vermillion Parish, Louisiana (February 2006)
As required by the National Environmental Policy Act and its implementing regulations, FEMA prepared an Environmental Assessment and FONSI to consider the environmental impacts of a proposed project to provide a temporary school facility for students whose school buildings sustained major damages from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
