Escambia County, Florida, has applied for FEMA Public Assistance funds for the demolition, removal, relocation, and replacement of its Mosquito Control Facility that was heavily damaged by Hurricane Ivan. To comply with the National Environmental Policy Act and its implementing regulations, an Environmental Assessment and FONSI were prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the proposed action.
