Competitive Solicitation Plan

A national competitive solicitation plan has been developed, identifying a cycle for competing equipment that is commonly used to support incidents. The competition phases in over a 4-year period and resulting agreements will be effective for 3-years.

Contractor Performance Evaluations

Beginning in 2008, contractor performance evaluations will be entered into the National Institute of Health - Contractor Performance System (NIH-CPS), a system that is already in use by Federal agencies. Contractors must register in this system in order to review and respond to their evaluations. Contractors can begin the registration process. Once registered in the system, contractors will have access to resources such as a user's guide as well as frequently asked questions.
