Supplemental Environmental Assessment, Utility Repair-Sewer Main, Rubidoux Community Services District, Riverside County, California (February 2008)
The Rubidoux Community Services District has applied for funding under FEMA’s Public Assistance Program to permanently replace damaged regional wastewater conveyance facilities with new conveyance facilities in a new alignment. The
wastewater facilities were damaged during severe storms, flooding, and debris flows in
the region from December 27, 2004 through January 11, 2005. This Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) tiers from the Programmatic Environmental Assessment for Typical Recurring Actions Resulting from Flood, Earthquake, Fire, Rain, and Wind Disasters in California. This SEA has been prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and FEMA’s regulations implementing NEPA. The SEA identifies and evaluates the potential impacts of the proposed project on the human and natural environment.
