a change in my swnmer plans, which I believe is not recoraed with the
Appojntment Bureau. There wa8 such a rush at the labt minute, tnat f
neglected to bo this.

After Easter vacation, MBiss Turner tola me of @ summer

position, open in the family of Dr. Cecil K brinker, of the Harvard
Scnooi of Public Health.,. that of being sort of a companion to the
two children, ages 12 and 7, at their farm in Hudson, IIIIase. The
remmeration for the summer w66 to be $300. Bechase of the opportunity
to be among scientific people,( MEld. D. is also an X.D.),  and became
of the excellent pby, I*thought it worth while to undertake to caneel
my camp contract- with camp Highfields. Hies Marshall, with khori I
comunicated, was very lovely about it, agreed with me entirely, and
cmcellea the contracf.
which P'esulted in ICY obtaining theposition. So 1 am here in Huason
being & ngovernea8u instead of teaching tennie in Raine.

X went to Boston, aad interviewed the Crinkers,

Xay f thank you agdn for offering me theposition in Wine.

The interview 1 had with Miss lidarahlilf was very satisfactory,  ana she
has asked me to come some 8mer in a medical capacity.

I hope you will have a pleaeant summer,- not too bu@,- $ut
