Presentations to the National Research Council (NRC) at its Public Meeting to Discuss U.S. Climate Change Science Program Strategic Plan (on 25 August 2003 in Washington, DC).  The  NRC Committee is charged with reviewing the Strategic Plan.  In addition to statements from representatives of the U.S. Climate Change Science Program, the agenda included a presentation from Dave Conover, Director of the U.S. Climate Change Technology Program (see last link below).  All links are to PDF files.  (posted 2 September 2003)
