Proposal to Establish Eola Hills Viticultural Area

Washington, D.C. - The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) issued a notice of proposed rulemaking in the Federal Register today proposing to establish the Eola Hills viticultural area in Oregon. The proposed viticultural area is entirely within the existing Willamette Valley viticultural area and encompasses roughly 37,900 acres within Polk and Yamhill Counties.

Written comments must be received on or before November 7, 2003.
